3. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. JustFitFuel is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
7. Health Disclaimer
JustFitFuel products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label and use as directed. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have an underlying health condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
